Christmas 2007

This is it - CC's first Christmas. The presents were abundant, Dad and I spent a couple of hours opening gifts and they weren't even for US. CC is definately loved by her grandparents. We spent Christmas Eve with our family after service at church. On Christmas Day we had fun just the three of us. I can't wait until next year when CC will be opening presents all by herself.

Thanksgiving Day

CC's first Thanksiving! What fun, we celebrated this day with our families. We went to a nice restaurant and had a delicious brunch. I bought this Thanksgiving outfit for CC so that she would look like a little turkey!! I had to have a matching bib for EVERYTHING. She turned out to be quite the spitter. In the picture above CC is happily sleeping in her infant carrier. I remember wanting her to wake up to join in the festivities.

Caitlynn's Birth Day

CC arrived in the world on November 7th, 2007. She weighed 8 pounds 6 ounces and got an apgar score of 9. She cried immediately so we knew nothing was wrong with her lungs. What a beautiful day and such an amazing gift from Jesus.
