The Monkey Got Caught

Caught again!!!  If left on her own devices for more than a minute Little Miss Monkey will crawl on whatever she can find.  Dad snapped these pictures last Monday.  Of course this is very scarey for mommy, because she could have fallen and the chair could have toppled on top of her.  Where did she get this daring nature, this attribute is surely from her dad!!!

Amy's Wedding Shower

Here are some pictures from Amy's Wedding Shower.  They had a wine tasting party at one of the hotels downtown and they paired the wines with cheeses and food perfectly - too good in fact.  Congratulations to Amy on her upcoming wedding day!

Family Dinner

Last Wednesday the family got together for dinner and guess who got all the attention??  That's right, the little monkey sitting below on the couch looking happy as a little goat.  We played Wii Bowling, ate lasagna and pizza and had a great time!

The Second Bite

CC got bit at school the other day, but as you can see she recovered from it pretty quickly.  This was the second time she got bit by the same little boy and I was thankful that this second time was not as bas as the first.  Don't worry, that little boy is not longer at CC's school

I turn my back for two minutes and my little monkey is busy climbing on the wall unit.  Then she has the audacity to look all nonchalant about it.  "Oh, sorry, help me down?" was the look I got.  She knows exactly what she did wrong.  My little monkey monster.

The Kid's Fair

Last Saturday we went to the "Kid's Fair" and we all had so much fun. I was a little too crowded for me, but good practice : ) CC got her face painted to look like "Minnie" and she got to go on the bouncy toys and slides (without any fear) - I was so proud of my big girl.

Then CC and her friend went on the swings and didn't want to get off. Just looking at the swings made me want to be sick. There is a video at the bottom, but caution if you get dizzy (like me) easily.

After the event we went to lunch and had just a great time with Sunshine and the grandparents.

Cinderella also made an appearance!
