A BBQ with Friends

We went over to some friends house for a BBQ and a game of lawn golf (I think that’s what it was called).  We had some great hamburgers and so much fun seeing everyone. 

CC’s Big Girl Bed

We finally decided to buy CC a big girl bed.  She loves her new Hello Kitty room just as much as mommy does (I’m sure of it).  Surprisingly, it went off without a hitch.  She slept soundly through the night on her first night.  What a big girl.

Garage Sale Bargains

Lately Dad and I have been out hitting all the garage sales we can find and came across these great deals. I was just so excited to find these, especially since CC is so into Disney Princesses.

This couch that folds out into a bed was new at BabiesRUs for $45.00 and we bought it at a garage sale for just $4.00, what a deal.

Then we bought what we thought was a purple and pink tent for $4.00 and look…not just purple and pink, but a Princess tent.

Our Trip to Midvale

Here are some pictures of our last trip to Midvale. CC got to ride in the big tractor with Grandma, which of course scared mommy a little bit. CC had a great time running all over and hanging out. I wish I had taken more pictures on this trip.

Celtic Women

For David’s birthday we all went to PF Chang’s and then went to see Celtic Women.  It was a really good show and a fun evening.  Our first time where CC had a real babysitter :)

Daddy Monday?

It was one of the nice days in May and Dad decided to take CC down to the playground.  She thinks she’s too cool for school.

NASCAR Sunday

CC always wants to wear her new Nascar shirt on Nascar Sundays, so I took a few pictures.

Snuggling Up

We have had the worst May/June weather.  These pictures were taken on a Monday and it was cold and rainy outside.  CC made herself a little bed to snuggle up.

Happy Mother’s Day

On Mother’s Day we all went to Cheesecake Factory for a yummy brunch.  David and Marlene were still under the weather so they weren’t able to join us, I’m sorry they missed a good meal.  Here are some pictures.  Happy Mother’s Day everyone!

Danny Gokey & Sugarland

Dad and I got tickets for the Danny Gokey/Sugarland concert. Thought I’m not a big country music fan I was very excited to see Danny and Sugarland. It was a really great concert and we had a wonderful time. Thanks to our friends for watching CC, since the grandparents were sick : ( There is a video at the bottom. It didn't turn out super great, but one of our favorites.
